There is no file or folder with name install in the package downloaded.

I have expanded the zip file and then uploaded everything to shared hosting in Windows.
There is no file or no folder called install in the zip file either.

I had the same issue until I uploaded the (hidden) .htaccess file, that got me to the instaltion, even though I had issues after trying to run it on Windows hosting, So I got a Linux plan after giving up.
