Hello i would like to know if its possible to have either a drop down menu at the top or a list of flags where people can click and it shows the page in their language.

How is this possible?

Sorry, but there is no translations into the Swedish language in the current version.
As for a paid version, you can add Swedish in the section 'Languages'.
And then add Swedish translations to all your ads clicking the button 'Translate' (the work of this button is based on Google service called 'Google Translate').
