Adding 2 field in the Listing property page

Hello,
I would like to seek your expertise on adding 2 more fields at the Listing of property page for public and agent user. Also 2 declaration check box before the lister can submit post.

I need another 2 textfields for keying the agent licence number and agency name.
If this 2 textfields can also be reflecedt in the posting lister details after submission will be great.

2 checkbox for declaration on abiding to rea estate rules.
