change logo size

Hi,I want to change ta size of my logo.I replaced my won logo of png format on the image->page and logo changed but its too short according to the site.So how would I made change the size of logo? help..

ok I m done it. One more question, can u please tell me how I customize the site color? means I wanna chage background and theme color. how would I do?
