How can i remove the top link that says "Booking a property"

Also just want to confirm i can change the pinkish color to blue or black under the style.css?
and
Is it possibly to remove all the facebook, twitter, google+ buttons on the main page?

Update: I was able to remove the facebook links etc... Only thing I have left is to remove "booking a listing link on top" // I don't see that option anywhere in the control panel or theme options in php files.. thanks!
