I am following the instructions:
1) Download the .zip distribution file;
2) Unpack the release of Open Real Estate in directory, to which you have access from the web;
3) To define 0777 (for writing) permissions for folders:

assets
protected/runtime
protected/config/db.php
folder 'Uploads' and its inside folders

4) Run the installer and follow the prompts.

I have enabled rewrite module on my Ubuntu site.

I believe "run the installer" means, go to the web site where you installed Open Real Estate
http://my.site.com/realestate/
gives me:
Try to enable mod_rewrite in your server configuration. Install Open Real Estate - viewtopic.php?f=17&t=298

How to correct this?
