How to install Open Real Estate Locally

Please am new to Open Real Estate and to test the grand, i want to install the application in my local machine and test it before going to a live server. am trying but its not working. is there anything special i need to do> all materials i find talks about installing it to a live server. any help will be highly appreciated.

The installation on the local server is similar to the installation to a web-server: http://open-real-estate.info/en/installation-guide
Make sure minimum server requirements are satisfied on your local server: http://open-real-estate.info/en/system-requirements
