Location City and Region - Populate these fields

I really cant face populating the cities and regions manually.
Is there a short-cut to uploading these fields?
Any help will save me a great deal of time

You can use paid
module "Location" (it allows multiple line input
http://clip2net.com/s/3sXnUzv)
Or you can import data directly to database to the 'ore_apartment_city' table.

I have paid for this module but I dont see this option screen to add multiple cities

Using Atlas themes.
