How to update from v1.11.0 en To 1.16.1 en Version

Please what's the necessary files to replace from V1.16.1 en to be in V1.11.0en for update
Because i do many changes in the V1.11.0 en script files ,
it's will be hard when do all these changes again in the V1.16.1 en
