Photos will not upload

I have installed ORE and like the look and feel of everything but it wont upload any photos videos etc ..just says failed on every attempt !!

Hello.
Did you set the permissions to specific folder and file to 777 as per instruction? ( https://open-real-estate.info/en/installation-guide )

Lets do this calmly I am told !!
Panorama photos will upload
videos will upload
photos id description will upload
photos for photo listing will NOT upload
I have chnaged the various permissions to 0777 ....doesnt help
I have tried the .htaccess amendments ....does not help
Any other suggestions please .....its a great application but if photos wont upload ...not much use !!
