Hello Support,

I have a major issue, I have purchased your Pro license (v1.34), this happened 3 times in the past year, all my Modules (Under Modules management) will be disabled without me disabling them.


I really want to know what causes this, if this is a possible outside attack/vulnerability or a bug, this is a Major issue the site goes down with all the Modules disabled.


Please advise.

Hello,
No one else has dealt with this issue. Try changing your username and password from admin. panels. If that doesn't help, you might need to change hosting.
