Unable to resolve the request "socialauth/backend/main/admin

After translation the site from English to another language
I had this error : 404 error , Unable to resolve the request "socialauth/backend/main/admin
- This error comes after pressing the : ( Authentication services )button in the ( admin control panel )
In the beginning i : solve this by this way
in the mysql = ore_configuration -------> module_enabled_socialauth
by deleting this table or edit the value = 1
it done in the localhost but it did not done in another server
Is there's solution to solve this ?
