Message not getting delivered to admin

If the user is logged in the system and trying to send message thru dashboard-my mailbox.
The message is not getting delivered to admin.

What version do you use? What's the name of domain?

I am using version 1.11. but i did modifications in the message functionality. but now m not able to find details.
this error is not there in any of the ORE versions. Can u pls tell me which is the code used for handling this message from dashboard functionality.
