i've played with demos for a while.
I have some comments for your consideration for next releases.
1. Address should include generic fields eg. state/province, region/suburb, zip code/postal code ...
Also, please add country as well. You may not want to display - but use for search across countries (otherwise, why multilingual !).

2. Add garage feature to properties. This is important in Australia.

There is a "location module" in full version. It will let you to specify not only the city where the property is, but its region and its country as well. You can enable this option via "Settings" in admin panel.
