Extend to Plot and Apartment Booking

Can u extend to venture plot booking as well as apartment flat booking with following features:
1. Plot / Apartment layout.
2. booked plots must be in red color with booked person name.
3. admin allow to unlock the plot, if customer fail to pay and avail for public.
4. booking status will send by sms
5. appropriate stats to admin.
One more module:
Agents: agents are allow to list the properties by purchase the plans
where the details of booking property customer data is storing and where shall we view at admin panel
