How i will find the location for my investment...is there any possibility to know about it??
Because when there is no time for searching a good location what should i do??

If you are looking to buy property then there are various things/ tips to be considered before buying such as the location should be perfect and according to your choice, then the price, then the basic facilities along with the connectivity of transportation, health center, educational hubs and the last but not least the neighborhood should be perfect.

Thank you for your tips, it is very helpful and informative. However you forgot to mention the other aspect of buying a real estate property.
Cash flow is one of the most important factors to consider when investing in a rental property. At the very least, if the property doesn't already have cash flowing, look into a professional property management company
