Hide text box

In list your property form , i am adding the new textbox , name as "Max people allowed" .
i want to hide this textbox , when property type=' New Project'..

i.e. how to fetch , selected property type in new variable..

Did you create this field via "form editor"?
Go to "Form editor" section, edit this field and uncheck 'New project'.

Actually i am create the "Lease type" dropdownbox , and "max people allowed" textbox with the help of form editor ,
dropdownbox holds the , 'family only' , 'company only' , 'girls only' values

when i select the 'company only' from dropdownbox , then hide the , " max people allowed" textbox.
