Error after submit password recovery

Hello ...good evening.

Open Real Estate has a distinctive frame, that is so efisien. I like to use it ans wanna develop my site based on this cms.
I have a problem just at the beginning.
When a user send form in order for paassword recovery, the site gave this error, and user did not receive the recovery email.
Error 500
escapeshellcmd() has been disabled for security reasons.
Please assist us to make a setting to resolve this issue.

First: Enable escapeshellcmd string in php options.
Second: Use SMTP in settings.
