Blank Search All page

We have not make any changes for the last one week, but suddenly the default search page (with no selected options where it usually shows all listings sorted based from the newest to the oldest listings) has become empty page (attached pic) .

What is wrong? How to make it working again? Have tried the maintenance clear assets & cache but still same problem.

When we click search for all , it only shows empty page with the above attached pic. No listings showing ; also when we want to click search all and sort based on date, it is showing empty page with only above pic also.

From the top menu search->sale also showing empty page. While search->for rent is showing correctly.

Please advise what is wrong?
