Blank screen

Dear Sir/madam,
Just installed Open Real Estate from Softaculous. During the installation there was no error. But when go to website there is nothing just blank screen ? couldn't find out why. Checked the files and SQL database , they all on the server but somehow doesn't work.

Dear sir,

I've downloaded the zip file ( V1.7.2) from your web site but and done all the steps explained in the installation guide but it gives following error,

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/doganest/public_html/testestate/framework/base/interfaces.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/doganest/public_html/testestate/framework/YiiBase.php on line 870

Your help will be much appreciated.

We've never seen any similar errors since the implementation of the product. Please, write to your hosters. Perhaps the matter is in some tricky settings.

As you've suggested I've downloaded the zip file from your site and installed and followed the instructions.

Hello.

We can't solve your problem cause the matter is the host settings (php.ini file).
You have to ask your hosters to help you.

Hi again,
I've asked my host regarding the problem and they have sent me the following email.

The reason you are getting this issue, is due to a problem in the "Lang.php" file.

The exact error message is:

"PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function createCommand() on a non-object in /home/doganest/public_html/protected/modules/lang/models/Lang.php on line 347"

Please check and reconfigure your code.

Check exists a table {prefix}lang in the database

checked the database, there is ore_lang exist
