You can reset admin password to 'admin1' following the istructions:

1. Open your database in PhpMyAdmin and look for {prefix}users table. For Open Real Estate as a rule, it is ore_users table.

2. Edit admin record. As a rule, it's the first line.

3. For 'password' field set "0a77fcc090c31ab876bcbf7ddfaac14c".
For 'salt' field set "50c1ea20e03c01.86262205".

4. Login to admin panel using your admin email as login and admin1 as password.

5. Once logged in, change the password to a more secure one.

For version v.1.36.0, the exact mysql statement, from the mysql shell looks like this, to set the administrators password to admin1:

Show databases;

Use your-openrealestate-database-name-from-install;

UPDATE ore_oy_users SET password = '0a77fcc090c31ab876bcbf7ddfaac14c', salt = '50c1ea20e03c01.86262205' WHERE id = 1;
